Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) forges a mutually beneficial relationship between farms and their communities. By opting into a Five Hands Farm CSA, you’re providing early season stability for us, while we provide you with fresh farm-to-you produce at favorable rates to local retail prices.

Our CSA members are always top priority, and our CSA program represents the very best of Five Hands Farm has to offer. Our members enjoy a regular assortment of fresh, flavorful, locally grown produce. We offer an extensive variety, including many gourmet items you won't find in the supermarket. From our classic lettuce mix, to our heirloom tomatoes, to sweet salad turnips and beyond, there’s always something fun and delicious in the box!

Weekly CSA

  • A weekly share of 5-7 unique items grown locally by FHF

  • $400 for 16 weeks, July 6-October 19

  • Priority access to limited crops.

  • Simplicity. Shares are curated to provide a top notch seasonal eating experience, with an emphasis on kitchen staples.

  • Available for pick up in Crown Point, IN

The Five Hands Farm CSA runs from July into October

What we grow.

 
  • Asparagus, green beans, beets, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and cauliflower.

  • Celery (and celeriac), chicory (radicchio), asian greens (chinese cabbage, pac choi/bok choi, tatsoi), and collards.

  • Sweet corn, cucumbers, eggplant, fennel, garlic, mixed salad greens, husk cherries, kale, kohlrabi, and leeks.

  • Lettuce, melons, micro greens, onions, parsnips, snap peas, and peppers (sweets and hots).

  • Potatoes, pumpkins, radishes, rhubarb, rutabagas, spinach, summer squash/zucchini, winter squash (acorn, buttercup, butternut, and delicata.

  • Hubbard, spaghetti), strawberries, sweet potatoesswiss chard, tomatillos, tomatoes (MANY varieties), turnips, and watermelon.
